Cisco ACE doesn't compress javascript!

My company purchased an ACE appliance from Cisco. One of its advertised benefits is the ability to do HTTP compression so we won't have to burden the webserver with the task. The documentation states by default they don't compress javascript, but you can change that rule using their exclusion list. We noticed even after following those directions ACE did not compress the javascript. A week was spent with Cisco basically telling us we really didn't want javascript compressed because of issues. We kept pressing them until they admitted the bug. I hope they fix it soon.
