Save on costly leaks with smart home water monitoring!

 There have been some great new options for whole house smart home water monitoring and leak detection that have been released over the last couple years. Many, like the Moen Flo, require plumbing the water monitor inline with your main water piping and require external power. 

However, the Flume 2 smart water meter and leak detector offers a simpler installation and runs off replaceable batteries for 2-4 years. It just straps next to your water meter and passively figures out flow rate by measuring the magnetic field. The only downside is that it wouldn't be as sensitive at catching leaks to the degree something plumbed in line could catch. The flow rate/consumption accuracy has been perfect.
