internal error 2755.110

Had a person receive this when trying to install InstallShield v9 on their computer. It referenced the fact it couldn't access the .msi in the Temp folder.

It turned out they had the W32.klez virus. I checked Services in msconfig and found "winkju" in there. I didn't know people were running around with that virus still.
